TEST OUR SYSTEM

Please follow these few simple steps to access our secure website and view some sample test results for yourself, always available on any internet-capable computer in the world.

  1. At the left, under "Login" please enter "QLS" into both the username and password fields. You've now accessed our HIPAA compliant secure website!
  2. In the left column, click on "Result Inquiry".
  3. Please enter "test" into both the Last Name and First Name fields and click "Start Search".
  4. Click on any of the available "Test" links. This will access a complete blood workup.
  5. Click "Cumulative Report" at the top of the screen to see a side-by-side comparison of up to 6 former workups, allowing you to instantly see any trends in that patient's blood history.
  6. If you would like to print the results, simply click "Print" at the top of your screen.

Phlebotomy Service

On site and House Call Phlebotomy Service

Laboratory will provide house call phlebotomy service to your bed-ridden or invalid patients for a service charge of $ 25.00.
For Medicare patients phlebotomy service is free.

To schedule a house call for your patient, please contact Quality Laboratory Service at 718-646-5100. At least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.

You may also refer your patients directly to Quality Laboratory Service.
Patient service centers for on-site phlebotomy with no service charge.
