IgG aCL has been associated with recurrent fetal loss, thrombocytopenia and both venous and arterial thrombosis. Elevated levels are also found in children with recent onset insulin dependent diabetes and may be seen in patients with unexplained positive Coombs test, epilepsy, Guillian-Barre syndrome, migraine headaches, pulmonary hypertension or other disorders. |
