Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Patient should fast 12 hours before specimen collection. For timed response, use test codes #3171, #3175, #3185, #3195 for collections of 2, 3, 4 or 5 specimens respectively. Number specimens consecutively and note the time of collection (i.e. HH:MM) for each. |
